About the activity
Do you want to help out cleaning up a small piece of our pretty city? Then we need your help!
During the last few years, awareness of sustainability has brought the waste problem to the eyes of the public across the globe. Amsterdam has encouraged individuals to help solve the current plastic problem. This project offers the possibility to become part of this sustainability movement and venture by collecting plastic.
On every Friday morning from 7:30-8:30 we want to clean up the Vondelpark. It’s a great way to start your day and we will be making many people happy. Also, the cleaners who usually are taking care of the park will appreciate your help!
We will have a collection intervention and we are putting up a little bit of a challenge, who can find the most cigarettes? Maybe it will be you!
It would be great if you could join!!
Do I need to live in the Netherlands to be able to join?
Yes! Only people who live in the Netherlands can volunteer with us and can sign up. Unfortunately, we can’t help people with a visa.
Is this a suitable project for me?
If you have a passion for contributing to the environment through a greenery volunteer project!
What language skills are needed?
No specific language is required.
