Update: we have reached our goal of 750 packages!
Countless volunteers have signed up to join our ‘Reversed Advent Calendar’ action and make the countdown to Christmas even more meaningful. Instead of taking an item out of the Advent Calendar each day, people will be adding a suggested item to the Advent Calendar box each day. Around Christmas, we will spread over 750 boxes full of ingredients to be donated to an undocumented Amsterdammer family.
Our goal: surprising > 750 Amsterdammers in need with an unforgettable Christmas dinner .

How the ‘Reversed Advent Calendar’ works.
Update: we have reached our goal of 750 packages! As of the 1st of December, you will receive a weekly daily mail from us with practical details. On top of that, we will share some interesting insider information and personal stories from undocumented Amsterdammers with you.
In total, you will fill your Reversed Advent Calendar box with 21 different items (e.g. cookies, pasta, a tiny gift, …) that are needed for a nice Christmas dinner. Total costs will be around 30 Euro per box. You can hand in your box(es) at different locations in Amsterdam in the week before Christmas.
Sounds good, but no time to join? You can also make a financial donation and we will take care of the rest 🙂
